NumLuma is designed so you can use its calculators without creating an account or sending calculator inputs to a server just to get a result.
Calculator inputs
NumLuma calculators are designed to process the values you enter locally in your browser. The calculation itself does not require NumLuma to store those values in a user profile.
Saved and recent calculators
If you use the “Save tool” feature or open calculators, NumLuma may store a small list of saved and recently used calculator names and paths in your browser’s local storage. This stays on your device unless your browser or device synchronizes storage. You can clear it using your browser’s site-data controls.
Server and security logs
Like most websites, hosting and security providers may process technical request information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, browser information, requested URL, timestamps and security signals. Retention and processing can depend on the hosting provider’s configuration.
Analytics
NumLuma may use analytics to understand aggregate site usage, such as popular pages, device types and traffic sources. If analytics that require consent are activated in a region where consent is required, the site will provide the appropriate controls.
Advertising and European consent
NumLuma may display advertising. When ads are active, advertising partners such as Google may use cookies or similar technologies to deliver, measure and protect advertising. For visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, NumLuma is designed to use a Google-certified consent management platform integrated with the IAB Transparency and Consent Framework before requesting personalized advertising where consent is required. Eligible visitors can consent, decline or manage their choices and can reopen those choices through the “Privacy and cookie settings” control when the consent service is active.
Cookies
The calculator functionality itself does not require a NumLuma account or an essential calculator-input cookie. Additional cookies may be introduced by analytics, advertising or other third-party services if those services are enabled.
